Our church is proud to be the chartering organization for three different organizations. We see that, while not explicitly Christian, scouting is a place where faith can be found, positive relationships can be forged, and God can be discovered in nature and work.
Troop 316
This is a boys troop for ages 11-17. The scouts meet on Monday nights at 7pm either at the church or at a location out in our community. We are an active Troop that loves to go camping at least once a month.

Sea Scouts 9316
Our church owns a sailing boat! That’s right. We have the pleasure of serving as the charter for a sea scouts ship and their sailboat, Encore. This is a scouting adventure program for guys and girls 14-21 years old. Our main emphasis is learning to sail with a great group of adults and youth! We learn all about the mechanics of sailing and the boat, race weekly during sailing season, and take additional trips.
