Missions

We strongly believe that every church can participate and make a profound impact in God’s mission outside of our country’s borders. Through missions “partnerships” we work with a group of churches to develop relationships over a long period of time in a specific region of the world. Instead of supporting just a few individuals who sense a call to global missions, we have a proactive strategy where our entire church is focused on a particular place and a particular people for a long period of time.

Since the birth our our church in 2005, the Without Walls community has been actively involved with missions in Southeast Asia. For the first ten years we were an active part of the Indonesia partnership. Many of our community took trips there and got to know leaders and pastors there. It all starts with relationship and seeing that we have as much to receive as to give. We see our role as one of encouraging and equipping leaders to raise up indigenous leaders who will be the catalysts for a church-planting movement in their home county.

Since 2015 we have been involved in a partnership supporting our friends in the Vineyard in the Philippines. We have been building ever-deepening relationships with our brothers and sisters in the Philippines. Teams from Without Walls have traveled to the Philippines to meet with, support, and encourage their churches and leaders. We have also been blessed by hosting some of our friends from the Philippines here in West Michigan.
